About the Assignment

We are now looking for a senior Project Controller to strengthen a technical IT organization by establishing a more structured follow-up, analysis, and reporting.

In this role, you will build the conditions for systematic operational follow-up and be responsible for ongoing data collection, analysis, and decision support. You will work closely with the controller function and managers/leaders to create clarity around costs, budgets, outcomes, and resource consumption.

Responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Collect and structure data from the organization, including financial data in collaboration with the controller
• Conduct forecasts as well as trend and scenario analyses
• Monitor costs, budgets, outcomes, and resource consumption
• Prepare monthly reports, key figures, and visualized dashboards
• Identify deviations and risks and propose actions
• Prepare decision support materials and provide support to managers and leaders in their governance

Expected Deliverables

• Monthly report with outcomes, forecasts, deviations, and risk analysis
• Data models and analysis materials for forecasts and scenarios
• Dashboards and visualization solutions
• Monthly decision support materials for steering group/management group

Requirements Profile (Must-Haves)

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 8 years of work experience as a project controller, data analyst, or similar
• Experience handling large data sets and conducting advanced analysis
• Experience in operational management within an IT operations environment

Desirable

• Experience from the public sector/authority

Security Clearance
